Placement and Softskill Development Committee -2023-2024
Objective of the Placement Committee:
- Facilitate Career Opportunities: Establish and nurture relationships with companies to create placement opportunities for students.
- Skill Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to equip students with the skills necessary for successful placement.
- Industry Collaboration: Develop and maintain connections with industry professionals and organizations for recruitment drives and internship programs.
- Provide Placement Support: Assist students in their career journey through guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and job applications.
Objective of the Soft Skill Development Committee:
- Enhance Communication Skills: Provide training and workshops to improve verbal and written communication, ensuring students can articulate their ideas confidently.
- Personality Development: Help students build their confidence and interpersonal skills, focusing on etiquette, body language, and professional conduct.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Foster leadership abilities and collaborative skills to prepare students for work environments and group dynamics.
- Time Management and Goal Setting: Offer resources and guidance on effective time management and setting achievable goals to enhance personal and professional productivity.
- Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to prepare students for real-world job interviews and assessment procedures.
