The final two days of our ‘1 Week Soft Skill Training Programme’, organized in association with Magic Bus Foundation, were conducted with great success, enthusiasm, and high student participation.

The sessions covered a wide spectrum of essential themes including Team Work, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Resume Writing, Interview Skills, Workplace Rights & Safeguarding, and engaging Mock Interviews. These topics are not only crucial for building a confident and competent personality but also play a defining role in shaping students’ career readiness. From developing critical thinking and collaboration abilities to mastering professional communication and understanding workplace ethics — the sessions offered a holistic grooming experience.
