Principal's Message

On behalf of Progressive Education Society’s Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, S.No. 117, Popularnagar, Warje, Pune, I heartily welcome you all!!!

P. E. Society’s MCASC was founded with the vision,
“To provide excellent educational opportunities to the students to meet economic, social, and environmental challenges to become active participants in shaping the world of the future we see.”

Modern College of Arts, Science, and Commerce (MCASC) Warje, Pune 58 was started in 2019 by Progressive Education Society, Pune, in Maharashtra. PES was founded in 1934.

It is based on the pedestal ज्ञानमयो भव (Dnyanamayo Bhava) meaning “Be knowledge incarnate” as envisaged by the visionaries who established the PES Pune. The entire functioning of the college rests on two key words: “Modern” and “Progressive.”

After the declaration of HSC results, the students can apply online for admission to the first year of undergraduate B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com Courses.
Warje Senior College is one year old and boasts a very good infrastructure in terms of laboratories, library, and Gymkhana. The laboratory is also spacious and well equipped. The library has a good collection of books with a reading hall. Most of the required equipment is available in the Gymkhana.
All staff members are well qualified and experienced. The college is permanently affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), formerly known as Pune University.

In the future, we plan to start B.Sc (Computer Science), B.C.S., B.C.A., skill development courses along with various postgraduate courses.
